Incy Wincy Party, Terms & Condition's for Twitter Competition - Ending 17/02/11

Competition for Girl's Party Bag, Ending 10pm Thursday 17 February 2011.

• Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.
• Entry is open to UK & R.O.I residents only, aged 14 years and over.
• It excludes employees of Incy Wincy Party Pieces.
• To Enter entrants must Follow & Retweet Incy Wincy Party competition on Twitter.
• Only one entry per Twitter username will be entered in the draw.
• The Competition starts 9.30am 15th February 2011 and will end 10pm February 17th 2011.
• The prize draw will take place at 10pm February 17th 2011.
• The winner will be picked at random and will be privately messaged (D.M) on twitter, they will be given an email address to respond to.  The winner will be allowed 3 days to respond, after which Incy Wincy Party will pick another winner at random.
• Once the winner has responded, an announcement will be made publicly on Twitter.
• The prize is a Girl's Party Bag, is suitable for 4 years and over.
• There is no cash alternative to the prize offered.
• The Judges decision is final.
• The terms & conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court.
