Only one entry per Twitter username will be entered in the draw.
The Competition starts 10.15an 23rd May 2011 and will end 9pm 27th May 2011.
The prize draw will take place at 9pm 27th May 2011.
The winner will be picked at random and will be privately messaged (D.M) on twitter, they will be given an email address to respond to. The winner will be allowed 3 days to respond, after which Incy Wincy Party will pick another winner at random.
Once the winner has responded, an announcement will be made publicly on Twitter.
The prize is a Boy's Party Bag' is suitable for 4 years and over.
There is no cash alternative to the prize offered.
The Judges decision is final.
