The Competition starts 14.00hrs 15th August 2012 and will end when Incy Wincy Party reaches 3000 followers.
The prize draw will take place at 9pm on the day we reach 3000 followers.
The winner will be picked at random and will be privately messaged (D.M) on twitter, they will be given an email address to respond to. The winner will be allowed 3 days to respond, after which Incy Wincy Party will pick another winner at random.
Once the winner has been contacted, an announcement will be made publicly on Twitter.
The prize is a Little Box Of Enchantment Party Bag and is suitable for 4 years and over.
There is no cash alternative to the prize offered.
