- Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.
- Entry is open to UK & R.O.I residents only, aged 14 years and over.
- It excludes employees of Incy Wincy Party Pieces.
- To Enter entrants must Follow & Retweet Incy Wincy Party competition on Twitter
- Only one entry per Twitter username will be entered in the draw.
- The Competition starts 23.15hrs 6th June 2012 and will end when Incy Wincy Party reaches 2250 followers.
- The prize draw will take place at 9pm on the day we reach 2250 followers.
- The winner will be picked at random and will be privately messaged (D.M) on twitter, they will be given an email address to respond to. The winner will be allowed 3 days to respond, after which Incy Wincy Party will pick another winner at random.
- Once the winner has been contacted, an announcement will be made publicly on Twitter.
- The prize is a Teddy Bear's Picnic Party Bag is suitable for 4 years and over.
- There is no cash alternative to the prize offered.
- The Judges decision is final.
- The terms & conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court.
